Restaurant chains in America are introducing special menus featuring lobster, oysters, and shrimp to boost customer visits, which have decreased by 2.5 percent year over year according to data firm Circana. Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe has launched its "Shellebration" menu with 14 seafood dishes, available until July 23. Meanwhile, Just Salad and Steakhouse Eddie Merlot’s have also introduced summer menus with various seafood entrees, including lobster, salmon, and escargot, as part of their offerings until August.
