Russia: Siberian farmers increased buckwheat exports

More than ninety percent of the harvested Siberian wheat is food grade. Deputy Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Grain Quality Assessment" Maria Shostak announced this at a briefing. In the Siberian Federal District, soft wheat production as of September 25 amounted to four million tons, of which 93 percent was of food grade.
