Siirt pistachio processing works continue

Processing efforts for Siirt pistachios continue at full speed in the factories. The intensive work of producers continues for Siirt pistachios, one of Turkey's important agricultural products. Pistachios carefully collected from the orchards during the harvest season are meticulously processed in the factories. First, the pistachios are washed and their shells are removed in machines, then they are separated into full and empty kernels. Quality products are selected and laid out in drying areas, where they are dried using natural methods. After the drying process, Siirt pistachios are re-sorted and packaged, then offered for sale in the domestic market and exported abroad.
