According to operational data, 5 million 345 thousand hectares have been sown with winter grain crops, which constitutes 98.5% of the forecast. Over the past week, the sown areas increased by 37.3 thousand hectares. The largest area was sown with winter wheat—4 million 692 thousand hectares (98.4% of the forecast), winter barley—586.1 thousand hectares (98.9%), and rye—66.4 thousand hectares (100.3%). 1 million 84 thousand hectares have been sown with winter rapeseed, which corresponds to 96.5% of the forecast.
