US exporters reported selling 4,700 tons of soybean oil from the 2022/23 harvest in the week ending September 21, according to the US Department of Agriculture. However, this volume was a significant drop compared to the average of the previous four weeks. The main buyer was Canada, while Honduras cancelled 100 tons but still purchased 100 tons for the 2023/24 harvest. Shipments during this period totaled 1,000 tons, with Canada and Mexico being the main destinations.
