In partnership with Embrapa Instrumentation (São Carlos, SP), Fine Instrument Technology (FIT) has developed Specfit Magnetic Resonance technology, which aims to analyze raw materials and processed foods in around one minute. According to the CEO of the startup, Daniel Consalter, the entire process is non-destructive and does not generate waste, in addition to not using chemical products.
