On October 17, the Regional Government of Puno, in coordination with representatives from the Onda Azul radio station, will hold the 5th Puno Artisan Bread Festival, an event that aims to showcase the diversity of traditional breads made in each province of the region. "Each province in the region has a bread with a specific characteristic. We need to strengthen the artisanal bread routes and motivate our bakers to teach the process and production of these types of breads to future generations," said the regional vice-governor during the launch conference of the event.
