Spain: The Basque Country will call for aid for vineyard restructuring in 2025

The Basque Government Council has approved the order of the Ministry of Agriculture establishing the European support measures for vineyard restructuring and reconversion interventions. These measures may be used by current or future winegrowers whose vineyards are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking and who comply with the current plantation regulations, on all the surfaces of their farm and who comply with the mandatory provisions and declarations. The final restructured or reconverted plots must be located in one of the three Historical Territories of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country. Those who are in any of the impeding circumstances determined by the Law regulating the Subsidy Regime may not benefit from the aid.
