Ukrainian small farms will receive a new support program worth $15 million. This involves grants and assistance for youth, women, and veterans in rural areas. This is reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine. The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a UN institution that finances the development of farming in various countries, is launching its first full-scale project in Ukraine called DOBRO. The program will help small farms expand production, connect to sales chains, and obtain resources to operate in wartime conditions. DOBRO provides $15 million to support three groups in the rural sector: youth, women, and veterans.
