The Agricultural Crops Export Council in Egypt is developing a strategic plan to boost Egyptian date exports and position the country as a top producer in the global market. The plan, set to be implemented over the next five years, aims to increase Egypt's date export revenue to reach the top positions globally. The strategy includes expanding the number of date and fresh date items from 4 to 94, and conducting market studies in 11 countries, including China, Japan, Russia, and Europe, to enhance the export of Egyptian dates. The plan also emphasizes the importance of product quality and cooperation with the Standards and Quality Authority to meet market requirements and compete effectively.
