After more than a month of delay, the Ukrainian government has finally approved a new export procedure for soybeans and rapeseed, allowing agricultural producers to legally avoid paying a 10% export duty. To confirm the status of a producer, the state has introduced a new procedure—instead of automatic confirmation by tax authorities, this right has been transferred to the Ukrainian Trade and Industrial Chamber (UTIC), which will issue paper certificates of origin for the goods.
