A NEVA vessel carrying 25,000 tons of wheat from Ukraine has arrived at its destination, marking the third shipment in the 'Grain from Ukraine' program. The food is part of Ukraine's humanitarian aid to Ethiopia and Somalia, both facing famine. The cargo logistics costs were covered by the governments of Finland, France, and Japan. Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister, Oleksandr Kubrakov, viewed this as a step towards enhancing cooperation and addressing food shortages.
