Producers are bringing their arbequina, Ayvalık, and memecik olives to the factories to start the oil extraction process. Ecz. Aydın Mergen, owner of the Olive Oil Factory in Köprübaşı, stated that they process the olives using the cold pressing method, saying, "We have completed all preparations at our factory. We are serving the people of the region with the latest system machines at our facility, which we opened opposite the Köprübaşı District Hospital.
