The Rural Development Administration's Gyeonggi Headquarters, commends five outstanding cooperative companies for safety management.

The Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation recently awarded plaques of excellence to outstanding cooperative companies in groundwater geological business safety management (including Soda System Co., Ltd., Hydro Co., Ltd., Hanmaek I&C Co., Ltd., Noksan Engineering Co., Ltd., and Shinwoo Engineering Co., Ltd.). The Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters regularly inspects agricultural production facilities such as reservoirs and groundwater wells, and repairs and reinforces outdated facilities to ensure a stable water supply system and to preemptively respond to disasters in the face of the climate crisis. In particular, the groundwater geological business often involves small workplaces with five or fewer people, which are vulnerable to safety management, making it a challenging environment for safety management.
