The State Duma Committee in Russia explained why the export of caviar from Kamchatka was limited

A law has come into force in Russia that restricts the export of red caviar from Kamchatka. Now individuals will be able to take out of the region by plane no more than 10 kilograms of non-industrial delicacy. The restriction is introduced temporarily, it will be valid from November 1, 2022 to August 1, 2025.
