The Suez Canal Economic Zone has continued its salt exports to foreign markets, specifically to Lebanon, through the sea port of El-Arish. The ship ALYOUSSEF, flying the Lebanese flag, has received 3800 tons of salt, making it the forty-eighth ship since January and the twenty-seventh to export salt to foreign markets, totaling 114 thousand tons. Additionally, the port of West Port Said received a marble-carrying ship, AK HAMZA, and saw the entry and exit of several other ships, with ongoing coordination to facilitate ship operations. A permanent agreement is in place to facilitate all procedures related to ship operations at the ports.
