"As for butter, our share of the Central Federal District market is not very significant. The Ryazan Region traditionally specializes in the production of whole milk products. This is milk, fermented milk products, cottage cheese. At the same time, there is no rush demand for butter in stores. The shelves are full, everything is calm," he said.
