The General Technical Directorate in Paraguay will require a phytosanitary certificate to send soybean meal to Japan

Through Communication No. 03/23 of the Senave DGT, it is mentioned that from July of this year it will be necessary to issue a phytosanitary certificate for exports of soybean meal from Paraguay to Japan, as part of compliance with the conditions of the import license established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of that country. Likewise, in accordance with the official communication from Japan and current procedures, it is established that before issuing the phytosanitary certificate, the sanitary inspection of the products that will be exported must be carried out, in this case soybean meal.
