Third quarter was weak for Norwegian herring exports

The value fell by NOK 76 million, or 9 percent, compared to the third quarter of last year. The volume fell by 20 percent. Poland, the Netherlands and Germany were the largest markets for herring in the third quarter. Poland showed the highest value increase in the third quarter, increasing the value of exports by NOK 29 million, or 15 percent, compared to the third quarter of last year.
