South Korea's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has announced a slight decrease in the expected peach prices for this year, due to a 4% increase in the peach cultivation area and favorable weather conditions that have led to a 3% increase in production units. Despite the smaller fruit sizes this year due to good growth, the quality of the peaches is expected to be high. The Korea Rural Economic Research Institute predicts the price of peaches to range from 16,000 to 20,000 won, a decrease from last year's 22,000 won. The Ministry plans to monitor the supply and demand closely to manage it effectively.
