Ngo Van Soan, a resident of Dong Minh commune in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province, has found success in raising sea bass, a fish that adapts well to local waters. With industry support, his sea bass farming has yielded high economic value, earning him a profit of over 130 million VND after initial costs. Recognizing the economic efficiency and lower risk of disease compared to shrimp farming, the People's Committee of Dong Minh commune plans to introduce sea bass into the planned aquaculture area.
