Kazakhstan aims to increase the export of its oil and fat industry products to $1 billion by 2028, reports the APC News Agency, citing information from the National Association of Oil Crop Processors. On December 11, a roundtable was held in Astana, where the Roadmap for the Development of the Export of Kazakhstan's Oil and Fat Products for 2026-2028 was officially presented. The event was attended by representatives of government bodies, processing enterprises of the industry, exporters, business associations, and international partners. The initiative aims to form an export potential exceeding $1 billion per year, as well as to expand market opportunities for the sale of high-value-added products, which should become a significant contribution to the country's economic and social development.
