Tongyeong seafood captivates the taste buds of Southeast Asia

Tongyeong City, Gyeongnam, participated in the Seafood Expo Asia 2025 held in Singapore from the 10th to the 12th to expand seafood exports and discover new buyers, actively engaging in marketing activities. The Seafood Expo Asia is an annual seafood exhibition held in Singapore, a major global marine trade hub. Tongyeong City participated with six companies, including Samsam Mulsan Co., Ltd., Tongyeong Food Story Co., Ltd., Seyang Mulsan Co., Ltd., Tongyeong Fishermen's Corporation, Northeast Asia Fishing Association Corporation, and W.C. Food, to target the Southeast Asian market, the world's second-largest seafood consumer market.
