Brussels is about to receive another reminder that tractors do not move with promises. Despite the avalanche of legislative "extras" and concessions, around 10,000 farmers from all 27 EU member states are expected to gather in Brussels for what the main agricultural lobby of the bloc, Copa&Cogeca, describes as the largest farmer protest Brussels has seen this century.
