If there is something to applaud in the history of the National Registry of Rural Workers and Employers (RENATRE) it is the alternation in leadership: one year it is presided over by a representative of the UATRE union and the next year it is left to a representative of the employers, that is, a leader of the entities of the Roundtable of Dialogue. In a new election of the directors who will serve in the executive positions of that mixed body, created by law to work towards the registration of rural workers, that healthy alternation in the presidency was repeated once more: the leader of the UATRE, José Voytenco, left the presidency he held in 2025 to the hands of the historic delegate of the Rural Society in the body, Abel Guerrieri.
