In 2020, Ukraine saw significant revenues from the export of frozen fruits and berries, walnuts, apples, and pears, with these products accounting for 92% of fruit-berry production exports. The main markets for these exports included Poland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, with the European Union providing 77% of the revenue from these exports. Despite quarantine restrictions leading to a decrease in exports of some groups of fruits and berries, Ukrainian exporters were able to maintain a stable export direction, increase average export prices, and compete successfully in the global market.
