In September 2023, Ukraine experienced a decrease in the volume of dairy product exports due to limited supplies of raw materials and reduced processing. This was driven by a focus on meeting the high demand in the domestic market, resulting in a 30% decrease in natural volumes of exports and a 43% decrease in monetary income compared to August. The reduction in exports was particularly noticeable for milk and condensed cream, butter, ice cream, and cheese, with Moldova being the primary destination for Ukrainian dairy products.
