During the first eight months of 2024, Ukraine experienced a 3.7% decrease in live poultry imports, totaling 2.6 thousand tons, despite an 9.3% increase in the monetary value of these imports to $51.8 million. The primary countries exporting live poultry to Ukraine during this period were Hungary, Germany, and Poland, contributing 28.2%, 26.4%, and 22.8% of the imports, respectively.
