No significant price changes occurred in the Ukrainian wheat market last week. High demand from processors and insufficiently active supply of grain due to farmers holding back sales continued to support prices, writes APK-Inform.
Traders' demand was rather restrained. Feed wheat offers came in sufficient quantities, but most often at maximum and near-maximum prices.
Demand prices for class 2 wheat and feed wheat remained mostly within the range of 9800-10800 and 9000-10100 UAH/t DAP. At Ukrainian ports, prices for class 2 grain remained in the range of 216-223 USD/t DAP-port, while feed wheat prices increased slightly to 208-216 USD/t DAP-port.
