In the robust transformation of Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), there is a silent yet persistent force contributing to the story of green, modern, and humane development of the rubber industry in Vietnam. That force is the youth of VRG – young people who are dedicating their youth, intelligence, and aspirations to turn the slogan "Unity – Innovation – Breakthrough – Pioneering" into concrete actions every day. Innovation in production, spreading throughout the community From the countless green rubber forests stretching across the country, to Laos, Cambodia... the image of VRG members diligently working in the gardens, processing chains, or youth projects has become familiar.
