In November, Vietnam's shrimp product exports amounted to USD 385 million, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%, with exports of vannamei shrimp achieving double-digit growth. Fish exports were USD 197 million, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%. In the first eleven months of this year, Vietnam's seafood export revenue has accumulated to over USD 10.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%. The CPTPP market has become the largest export destination, accounting for 27.2% of the total export value, with an export value increase of 24.3%; exports to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China increased by 30.6%, and exports to the EU market increased by 11.9%. Despite Vietnam's seafood products consolidating their position in major global markets, the planned tightening of import requirements by the United States starting in 2026 will pose a significant challenge.
