In December 2022, the Pskov region in Russia imported over 184 tons of tangerines and 45,125 Christmas trees, originating from countries such as South Africa, Peru, Turkey, Israel, Morocco, Poland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Serbia. These imports, which underwent quarantine phytosanitary control, met the uniform quarantine requirements of the EAEU and were allowed to enter Russia. Since the beginning of the year, the Pskov region has imported over 1.3 thousand tons of tangerines and 78,000 Christmas trees.
