The Commercial Quality Inspection of Agri-Food Products (IJHARS) and beekeeping organizations want to join forces for the protection and promotion of Polish honey. On December 12, a working meeting was held at the headquarters of the Main Inspectorate for Commercial Quality of Agri-Food Products with representatives of beekeeping organizations. Representatives of laboratories, scientific institutes, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development also took part in the meeting. The purpose was to discuss the need for the protection and promotion of Polish honey. "Honeys originating from Poland are an extremely valuable product with valuable properties. They are also one of the most appreciated Polish products of natural origin, which is why they fully deserve recognition in the market.
