The federal program for the Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories (KRST) for 2025-2026 includes 35 objects. According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia as of October 9, 571.08 million rubles have been allocated for the comprehensive development of rural territories in Yaroslavl Oblast, including 525.71 million rubles from the federal budget and 45.37 million rubles from the regional budget. A total of 1,173.79 million rubles is planned for 2025. This is 34.6% more than allocated last year (872.25 million rubles). By the amount of planned financing, the region ranks third in the Central Federal District. The most funds will be allocated to Lipetsk Oblast—1,906.61 million rubles—and Kaluga Region—1,183.17 million rubles. In particular, under the federal project "Modern Appearance of Rural Territories," 1,160.96 million rubles, or 98.9% of the funds for KRST, will be provided.
