Yecheon County, Gyeongbuk Honeybee Resource Breeding Variety Propagation Center opens

This is expected to be an important milestone for Yecheon County to position itself as a leading center for the advancement of the domestic bee industry in the future. The opening ceremony was attended by around 70 people, including Yecheon County Mayor Kim Hak-dong, officials from the Rural Development Administration and the Gyeongbuk Agricultural Technology Institute, beekeeping managers from various provincial agricultural technology institutes, and beekeeping association officials. The event included a progress report on the establishment of the propagation center, speeches, and a facility tour. According to Yecheon County, the Bee Propagation Center opened on this day is the latest climate.
