During the event period, 800,000 boxes (120 tons) of 1.5 kg of grapes produced in Yeongcheon will be available to consumers at E-Mart stores nationwide.
Previously, Yeongcheon City held a special sale at Hana Mart nationwide last month, selling 20,000 boxes of 1.5 kg of Shinemuskat, and from the 16th to the 22nd, a grape festival was held at Lotte Mart and Lotte Super stores nationwide, selling 700,000 boxes of 1.5 kg.
An official from Yeongcheon City said, "We will continue to strive to create a stable production base and increase income for grape farmers who are facing difficulties due to the heat waves that lasted until September."
