The Jeonnam Province announced that the 2025 Salt Expo 'Salt! Salt Festival', held for three days until the 19th at the Mokpo Culture & Arts Center, concluded successfully with over 50,000 visitors participating. The event, themed 'Kankan's Jeonnam's Dignity, K-SALT', was the first festival of its kind in Jeonnam, which accounts for over 92% of the nation's total sea salt production, and it successfully highlighted the excellence and value of sea salt, garnering significant attention. The festival operated as a comprehensive celebration encompassing exhibitions, experiences, gastronomy, and performances. Chef Iwonil introduced yuzu maple salt pancakes.
