The article highlights that Ukraine's meat consumption fund is now fully satisfying the country's domestic demand and has potential for meeting export demands, predominantly through poultry meat. The per capita meat consumption has returned to pre-war levels at 52 kg per year. The breakdown of the consumption fund is 50% poultry, 37% pork, and 13% beef. They are also looking to expand into international markets, given the demand and opportunities for Ukrainian meat products. Currently, Ukraine has a positive export balance in meat products, meaning exports have exceeded imports for the first time.
