Ayacucho. The General Comptroller's Office detected that in the Regional Program for Irrigation and Integrated Rural Development (Prider) payment was made for an incomplete and deficient pre-investment study—at the feasibility level—for the project "Construction of the Macsa Irrigation System," in the district of Pullo (Parinacochas), causing a loss of S/251,171. According to Specific Control Report No. 015-2025-2-5997-SCE, the study (2016-2017) presented incomplete information in basic study components such as cartography, topography, agrology, hydrology, geology, environmental impact, design of hydraulic structures, and budget.
