Ban on grain imports to Poland extended until September but what about frozen fruit

Yesterday, the EU ban on the import of 4 cereals to Poland came into force. Exactly, it's about extending the current ban until September 15. Unfortunately, the recipe still does not apply to fresh and frozen fruit. Despite the active lobbying of Ukrainian diplomats against the discussed decision, the European Commission acted in solidarity towards 5 member states, including Poland. Cereals from the east will not enter Poland in the most sensitive period, i.e. during the harvest. The European Commission extended the ban on imports of wheat, corn, rapeseed and sunflower from Ukraine to 5 EU countries until September 15, 2023. The decision, like the first ban, aroused great emotions both in the EU and in Ukraine. However, cereals will be able to be transported through our country to the west of Europe.
