Belarusian dairy exports, including cheeses and cottage cheese, saw growth in May, with a notable increase in liquid milk supply. However, there was a slowdown in whey shipments. Non-condensed milk and cream exports, valued at $67.3 million, decreased by 22.1% in the first five months of the year. Over 70,000 tons of these products were sent to Russia, accounting for 86.3% of total supplies. There was a 17.7% increase in powdered and condensed milk and cream exports, with China becoming a significant buyer of these products. Whey exports, primarily to China, also increased by 42.6%, reaching $27.48 million.
