According to a December 16 report from the São Paulo Daily in Brazil, four years ago, U.S. beef production was still 31% higher than Brazil's, but this year, the beef market has undergone a series of unpredictable changes. At the beginning of the year, the market generally predicted that Brazilian beef production would decline, but this was not the case.
