Brazil may sell chicken meat to French Polynesia

Brazil may start exporting chicken meat to French Polynesia. The statement authorizing the sales was sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) by the health authorities of French Polynesia. According to the publication, the slaughterhouses that today ship to the European Union will be able to export chicken meat to the overseas territory located in the South Pacific Ocean. Sales should serve the country's food service market, especially for the hotel chain, which has tourism as its main economic sector.
