The Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA) reports a positive outlook for Brazilian chicken meat exports in the rest of 2024, driven by stronger competition with the US and increased demand from Middle Eastern countries. Brazil's chicken exports reached an average of 431,400 tons per month from January to June, a slight increase from 2023. Despite this, the value of these exports in the first half of the year was 10.3% lower than the same period in 2023, totaling 4.636 billion dollars. However, Brazil's exports to Latin American countries have seen an increase, with the best volume of exports recorded between April and June.
