Bulgaria showcased strong potential at the largest edition in its history of the Anuga 2025 exhibition in Cologne, where around 8,000 exhibitors from 110 countries participated. The National Association of Producers and Processors of Shell Fruits (NAPPF) presented the domestic production in hall 01.2, stand B040, demonstrating a rich assortment of Bulgarian conventional and organic shell fruits. Thanks to state aid for participation in international exhibitions, Bulgarian producers had the chance to promote their products to over 140,000 traders from nearly 200 countries. Diversity of varieties and organic production At the Bulgarian pavilion, visitors discovered an impressive variety of traditional Bulgarian varieties, as well as production from new plantations with introduced species.
