Reducing emissions linked to technological innovation The regulations in the 2020 Environmental Protection Law, Decree 06/2022/NĐ-CP, and Decree 119/2025/NĐ-CP have set a clear obligation: enterprises in the specified category must carry out periodic greenhouse gas inventories, and develop and implement emission reduction plans. This means that greenhouse gas emissions are gradually becoming a mandatory management factor, similar to energy costs or labor.
