According to Omskstat, from January to July of this year, 7,300 tons of butter were produced in the Omsk region. This is 10.2% more than in the same period last year. Cheese production amounted to 7,200 tons, which is 9.5% more than a year earlier.
Also, in the first seven months of 2025, the Omsk region saw an increase in the production of meat products:
19,200 tons of sausage products were made, including for children's nutrition; 2,900 tons of chilled, frozen meat, meat-containing, and meat and poultry by-products culinary products.
In addition, the production of cereals increased by 23% (to 21,900 tons), and flour by 0.9% (to 175,800 tons).
