The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has revised its projections for Canadian canola production in 2024/25, predicting a decrease to 18.1 million tons. Despite this, rapeseed exports are expected to remain steady at 7.7 million tons, although ending stocks are projected to decrease to 1.65 million tons. Conversely, wheat production is expected to rise to 34.593 million tons, with exports estimated at 24.6 million tons. Durum wheat production and exports are also predicted to increase in 2024/25.
