In October, Senasa certified exports of beef amounting to 61,000 tons of cuts, which translates to 91,000 tons of bone-in beef. Additionally, it certified another 10,000 tons of bone with meat. This is the highest volume of 2025, surpassing even the highest records of 2024, the record year for exports in Argentina. In this context, it is important to note that the slaughter in October was 1.2 million cattle, from which 275,000 tons of meat were obtained. If the 91,000 tons exported are subtracted, the domestic market then had an average of 47.5 kilos per person.
