Ceará state in Brazil has strengthened its position in the national agriculture industry, becoming a leading exporter of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Despite a decrease in overall exports in the first ten months of 2020, fruit exports increased by 17.2% compared to the same period in 2019. The state is using its natural climate and soil conditions for high production and is aided by its international logistics location and significant investments in two ports. Vegetable and flower production also saw growth in the same timeframe.
